Sudbury Bowls Our Winter season ( Indoor bowls)starts in late September. Now is the time to join our club- You will get a number of free coaching sessions when you join. This is a good time to join to get a start indoors before going outdoors onto our 6 rink outdoor green. We have 4 rinks and many competitive teams plus we have social bowling sessions every Tues and Thurs. We have our own licensed bar and coffee facilities plus TV room. Whether you want to take up a new sport or just meet new people just give us a try. We now run twice monthly cribbage evenings. After the talk we will serve refreshments followed by the A.G.M which you are invited to stay and hear about the work that the Trustees have carried out managing Old School Wood over the year -you are invited to put any points of view regarding the wood. Recently, Nicolle attended a High Peak Borough Council Community Select Committee in Buxton to answer questions regarding crime and anti-social behaviour in the High Peak and to present the new Police and Crime Plan for Derbyshire. 🤝 Councillors were interested to hear about the new priorities within the Police and Crime Plan following the extensive consultation carried out across the county.
