We need to ensure every affected property has their gas supply safely turned off first. Please do not try to do this yourself, unless advised to do so by our emergency call centre staff. We then have to pump water out of our gas pipes before we can start to restore gas to the network. This will take a number of days to complete. Please bear with us.
