I forgot to mention scammers had our address and phone number. Both correct. I am beginning to wonder if E Bay purchase gives away info. usable by scammers and indeed passed on by the sellers.

Another scam to report. Middling clever. Report from Holborn Police station. Your cards have been cloned and we caught two people with the cards. However when asked which cards could not get an answer. And could not give the phone number of Holborn nick. Asked to stay on phone and dial 999 which of course they intercept. Any phone call to you beginning with 0759. is spurious. This is not a new scam. Rick R
