A: The 12-month subscription to NBA League Pass is not available with the NBA 2K25 Hall of Fame Edition in Japan or China. Also, the NBA League Pass is not available in Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, and Ukraine.

A: To receive your NBA League Pass, you will need to: 1. Install your digital edition of NBA 2K25 Hall of Fame Edition and launch the game on your console or PC 2. Login to your NBA 2K Account or create a new NBA 2K Account using your preferred email to redeem your NBA 2K25 25th Hall of Fame Edition Bonus Content Once you complete these steps, your 12-month subscription to NBA League Pass code and redemption instructions will be sent to the email associated with your NBA 2K Account within three days, but no earlier than October 7, 2024. You must complete the above steps before December 1, 2024.

A: Codes will be sent out in waves starting no earlier than October 7, 2024 —close to the start of the NBA regular season—so you can expect to receive your NBA League Pass code within three days of installing the digital edition of NBA 2K25 Hall of Fame Edition and redeeming your NBA 2K25 Hall of Fame Edition Bonus Content, but no earlier than October 7, 2024.

New Subscriber:

2. Choose 'League Pass' subscription, make sure the subscription option you select is the MONTHLY type.
3. Sign in with your existing NBA ID account or click "Sign Up" and create an account if you do not have one.
4. Apply your promo code in the marked field and click 'Apply' to confirm the code is valid.
5. Enter billing information to proceed, please note the users card will NOT be charged.

Existing Monthly Subscriber:

2. Sign in with your existing NBA ID account.
3. Select the 'Promo Code' tab and insert the supplied code.

Existing Annual Subscriber:

2. Sign in with your existing NBA ID account.
3. Cancel your existing subscription under 'Manage Plan'
4. Choose 'League Pass' (Monthly) subscription
5. Apply your promo code in the marked field and click 'Apply' to confirm the code is valid.
6. Enter billing information to proceed, please note the users card will NOT be charged.

A: Yes, if you are already a subscriber to NBA League Pass prior to receiving this offer, you are still eligible for this offer. For subscribers on a Monthly League Pass subscription, you can redeem your promotional code (by December 31, 2024) in your NBA account on NBA.com and it will be automatically applied after your current monthly subscription period ends. For subscribers on a Season League Pass subscription, you will need to cancel your existing subscription and start a new one, under the same NBA account, with the promotional code you have received by December 31, 2024. For any questions related to canceling your existing NBA League Pass subscription, please contact NBA League Pass customer support.

A: Yes, at the end of the 12-month period the NBA League Pass will auto-renew into the League Pass Monthly at the then-current published MSRP for NBA League Pass in your territory unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You will be notified in advance of such auto-renewal and will be able to opt-out before the NBA League Pass auto-renews without being charged. A: For subscribers on a Monthly League Pass subscription (including those whose subscription was provided as part of the 2K24 25th Anniversary Edition bundle), you can redeem you promotional code (by December 31, 2024) in your NBA account on NBA.com and it will be automatically applied after your current access period ends.

A: You can still redeem your NBA League Pass code immediately and retain the full entitlement for the active month. Your new and updated NBA League Pass Subscription will begin next month and remains active for the following 12 months

A: The first NBA League Pass Codes will not be sent until October 7, 2024. After October 7, for any questions related to receiving your NBA League Pass code, please contact 2K Customer Services.

1. Code must be redeemed on NBA.com, not through the NBA App.
2. Codes are redeemable against standard LEAGUE PASS only, codes are not redeemable against LEAGUE PASS PREMIUM.
3. Each code can only be used once and subsequent attempts to re-submit or re-use the same code will be void. If a person enters the same code into multiple accounts or attempts to establish multiple accounts, the code and/or account may be void.
