National Cybersecurity Preparedness Consortium (NCPC), the premier cybersecurity consortium in the nation, provides research-based training, exercises and technical assistance to local jurisdictions, counties, states and the private sector.

Research-based Training for the SLTT Workforce

All National Cybersecurity Preparedness Consortium (NCPC) courses are certified and funded by the DHS Federal Emergency Management Agency. Thanks to the FEMA National Training and Education Division, these cybersecurity training courses are available at no cost.

NTED

To take a FEMA course, whether online or in-person, participants must obtain a FEMA/SID number. To obtain your number, visit cdp.dhs.gov/femasid.
There is no cost to register.

Web-Based

Registrations for web-based courses are managed by one of the NCPC partner organizations. You will be taken to the TEEX website to register at no cost.

Instructor-Led

If you do not need to register through your HSTO, you may register through course-specific contact numbers or email addresses listed in the course catalog.
