Micron, through its Micron Young Professionals (MYP) and the Micron Women’s Leadership Network (MWLN) employee resource groups (ERGs) recently partnered with Soroptimist International of the Americas, Inc. to launch 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙊𝙪𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢: 𝙂𝙞𝙧𝙡𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙎𝙏𝙀𝙈. The program featured life-map activities, inspiring presentations from female Micron representatives, and two-way interview sessions with mentors. 🙋♀️Micron volunteers, served as mentors, dedicated more than 130 hours to inspire and empower the next generation of female leaders in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). 🏸Excitement filled the air as Micron Malaysia hosted its first-ever inter-site badminton match, building on the momentum of our previous futsal and football competitions!
