Over the last 3 years we've been helping Asia's leading CEO's and Entrepreneurs scale their influence with social media, primarily to drive traffic to B2B providers and run business mentorship programmes. In the last year we've generated over 2.8 million views organically on LinkedIn through various content we've crafted primarily on LinkedIn personal brands. We see the founder's brands and brands of company leaders as being key marketing channels for a business, and social media has allowed that to be amplified. Inspired by Western leaders like Gary Vee, Ali Abdaal and Chris Do, we wanted to enable local South East Asian entrepreneurs to easily and seamlessly build their influence online.

    3 feelings that come to you when you’re buying something: Confidence - “I know that this brand is good. Let’s go with this.” Sense of control - “I’ve done some reading. I know what I need to know.” Feel-good factor - “New purchase! Yay!” Why? Before making purchases, we usually: 1/ Do research to have a general understanding about the industry, and products 2/ Become aware of a particular product 3/ Feel positive about a brand, which makes them tempted to buy Most purchases in the end is not so much about the best features or utility, But the feeling of “This is the best decision I chose”.     Scaling a personal brand doesn’t make you instantly famous. But it’ll help you become “top of mind” for your audience. That’s why big brands out there are appearing so often in front of their audience. With different forms of content and touch-points, just to get their audience to notice them and know who they are. It’s the basis for brand loyalty and attachment: You first need to be “available” in their minds. So the next time they come across your content, they might’ve already known who you are and what you do. For a business, it opens up opportunities when it’s easier for people to put you top of mind. They go through these: 1/ Research to have a general understanding about the industry + products 2/ Become aware of a particular product 3/ Feel positive about a brand, which makes them tempted to buy Writing comes into picture to check the boxes for each step in the buyer’s journey: > Giving valuable information > Showing how the business is the viable option > Incorporating emotions in writing to connect with buyers on a deeper level All these gives buyers a sense of control - “Now I know what I need to know, so I can make good logical decisions.” Writing educates, inspires, and persuades someone to take action.
