Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd (TNGSB) proudly supported the IJN Foundation’s 9th Charity Golf Challenge last Saturday, 24 August 2024 at the Kota Permai Golf and Country Club. The event was graced by His Royal Highness (HRH) Sultan Nazrin Muizzudin Shah, Sultan of Perak, along with Royal Patron, Raja Azlan Muzaffar Shah, and Organising Chairman Trustee of IJN Foundation, Dato’ Zainal Abidin Putih. Ridzal Hashim, Isyfaq Sazali, Ikhwan Nasir and insyirah azhar represented Touch ‘n Go on the golf course. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with other industry players while supporting a charitable cause. 🌾Celebrating Harvesting Joy Across Borneo🌾 Touch ‘n Go Group proudly collaborated with local NGOs in Sabah and Sarawak to spread festive cheer during the Kaamatan and Gawai celebrations. These festivals, while unique to their respective communities, both symbolise the joy of a bountiful harvest season. In Sabah, we partnered with Hopes Malaysia, an NGO dedicated to sustainable development for underprivileged communities. Through our support, they provided essential farming materials to farmers in Kampung Melangkap Tiong and Kampung Tengkurus in the Kota Belud area with the aim of promoting sustainable farming practices and enhancing food security. Adding to the festivities, a joyful feast was organised for the two villages to celebrate Hari Kaamatan together. In Sarawak, we collaborated with Hope Place Kuching, an NGO committed to assisting urban poor communities. Our contributions enabled them to distribute daily essentials, including dry goods and personal care items, to families in need across nine districts: Kuching, Batu Kawa, Demak Laut, Petrajaya, Matang, Kota Samarahan, Bau, Padawan, and Serian. Thanks to the remarkable efforts of these organisations, we positively impacted more than 100 villagers and 10 farmers in Sabah, and 250 individuals in Sarawak. We are excited to continue our mission of spreading joy and support to even more communities in the future.    Together, we can make a difference!

Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd (TNGSB) recently hosted a sharing session with students from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TARUMT) for an enriching session focused on our HR practices, contributing to their research on Organisational Development & Change. Our HR team provided valuable insights into our mentoring and coaching programs, selection criteria, and the challenges we navigate in the industry. The session covered the full HR lifecycle, from hiring to retirement, with a spotlight on our innovative practices.   The sharing session explored into the use of data analytics in recruitment, our active advocacy for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and the implementation of wellness programs to support employee well-being. Our team also highlighted recent developments and innovative approaches that have significantly impacted our HR processes.   The students found the session highly informative and appreciated the open discussions, which offered them a valuable connection between academic theory and practical scenarios. It's inspiring to see their enthusiasm for HR as a potential career path. TNGSB is always proud to support educational initiatives that bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world experiences, aligning educational programs with industry needs.
