Showcasing with honor! That’s exactly what K-Pintar Sdn Bhd did with our sketchnote. We covered ACMC, a two-day event held in Malaysia and they framed the sketchnotes, presenting it to the speakers as a personalized memento. This thoughtful touch not only makes it special for the speakers but also serves as a lasting reminder of the event. Every time they see the frame, it will bring back the memories of this day. Framing and gifting sketchnotes to speakers as mementos offers several advantages at an event: 1)Personalized Appreciation: Shows speakers that their contributions are valued, leaving a positive impression. 2)Memorable Keepsake: A framed sketchnote serves as a tangible reminder of the event, keeping it memorable long after it ends. 3)Visual Recap of Key Points: Sketchnotes capture main ideas and insights from the sessions, providing speakers with a visual summary they can easily reference. 4)Enhanced Engagement: The unique gift creates a connection between speakers and the event, fostering goodwill and a sense of involvement. 5)Event Branding: Customized sketchnotes can reinforce the event's branding and themes, promoting it each time the speakers display their mementos. 6)Unique and Shareable: Sketchnotes are often eye-catching and shareable, increasing the likelihood of speakers mentioning the event in their networks. 7)Positive Reputation: Gifting such mementos enhances the event's reputation for thoughtfulness and professionalism, adding value to future events. #MemorableMementos #SketchnoteGifts #EventKeepsake #PersonalizedTouch #VisualRecap #EngagementBoost #EventBranding #LastingImpressions #SpeakerAppreciation #UniqueEventGifts #change #changemanagement

Here’s a summary of Ahmad Azimi Mat Taridi's presentation from Day 2 of the ASEAN Change Management Conference 2024: His speech focused on change management's role in shaping PETRONAS' transformation journey, particularly through two key projects: Project CACTUS (2016) and Reinventing Upstream (2019). These projects were designed to future-proof Petronas by enhancing resilience, competitiveness, and profitability while focusing on sustainability. Key Highlights: Project CACTUS aimed at building resilience and long-term competitiveness while shaping the future of Petronas' upstream business. The initiative included strong communication from top leadership, an intensive focus on solutions, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Reinventing Upstream was positioned to prioritize upstream focus and optimize resources through nine core priorities. The project emphasized the importance of building a relatable case for change, clear roles, accountability, and collective contributions across the organization. Change Management Structure: Petronas' change management is supported by a robust 500+ team and structured around shaping organizational culture and continuous improvement initiatives like Lean Six Sigma. Portfolio Enhancement & Continuous Improvement: Both projects demonstrated the need to streamline focus areas, prioritize initiatives, and make change relatable to employees at every level of the organization. Instead, the goal was to avoid "doom and gloom" narratives and focus on aspirational, inclusive change. PMO’s Role: Azimi emphasized the PMO's role in overseeing and tracking the progress of change initiatives, ensuring alignment and active engagement across all layers of the organization. In conclusion, Ahmad Azimi highlighted the importance of clear communication, leadership alignment, and fostering a people-centric change approach within Petronas to drive its long-term transformation and success. #1stACMC2024 #CHANGEMANAGEMENT #PMO K-Pintar Sdn Bhd MagnaQM

Experiencing FIRSTS is always as exciting as it was the first time around and we recently had one such humbling experience!! We flew out of our country to do what we do on foreign lands (drum roll please) 🥳🥳🥳🥳 We were at ASEAN Change Management Conference by K-Pintar Sdn Bhd in #Malaysia Our naive excitement of this project and our first international trip soon turned into a bigger realisation - we were no longer introducing ourselves as 'Tanvi from kolkata' Or 'Trushika Arya from Bangalore', we were INDIANS! Our states did not matter, our Nationality was our identity. And man, that was such a different feeling. From seeing our work reach to corners of India to seeing it being appreciated by folks across the globe bought happy tears to our eyes. Special thanks to Ramesh Jude Thomas for making this happen for us, and to RA Thiagaraja and Suganthi Subramaniam for giving us the opportunity and the beautiful experience. And to Rohini K. for all the expert guidance and making sure we get to taste the malaysian desserts! Cheers to the beginning of new adventures! #FirstInternationalProject #ProudToBeIndian #ASEANConference #MalaysiaAdventures #VisualThinking #NewBeginnings #GlobalImpact #InternationalCollaborations #WorkThatMatters #HappyTears #OnwardsAndUpwards #VisualStorytelling

Krzysztof S. Ogonowski session at the ASEAN Change Management Conference focused on “Measuring Change Progress for Digital Project Success,” specifically based on case studies from Europe. Here’s a summary of key points from his presentation: 1. Alignment of Technical and People Objectives: Krzysztof emphasized the importance of aligning the technical aspects of a project with the people side. Digital projects, especially involving AI, require understanding the human impact—how employees will use the technology, and how it will affect their roles. For example, AI in the insurance industry would change how agents and their managers work together, with AI managing routine tasks like scheduling and training. 2. Structured Change Management: He underscored the need for a structured approach in managing people’s readiness for change. This is necessary to avoid implementation issues and ensure that both the technical and people sides of the project are in sync. 3. Case Studies: He presented three case studies—one from a debt collection company, one from an insurance company, and a Global Business Services (GBS) company implementing AI. These projects were at different stages of implementation but shared the common challenge of needing to manage people’s readiness alongside technical project deliverables. 4. Measuring Progress: He highlighted the use of specific tools and models, such as the Prosci Change Triangle (PCT) and ADKAR model, to measure and track change readiness and progress. For example, readiness can be tracked through structured assessments and aligning milestones with people’s ability to adopt new ways of working. 5. Examples of Implementation: Krzysztof gave detailed timelines and communication plans for projects, showcasing how different departments and countries were impacted at various stages of implementation. He stressed the importance of monitoring feedback and understanding the level of willingness (desire) and skill (ability) within the organization. 6. Practical Insights: Krzysztof encouraged simple, actionable steps for managing smaller change initiatives. He advised sitting with executives to assess organizational readiness, conducting impact analyses, and ensuring that change efforts focus on both building willingness and ability among employees. 7. Challenges: A significant challenge in digital transformations is addressing employee concerns, especially with technologies like AI that may lead to job displacement. He reiterated the need to manage not only skills but also the psychological readiness and desire for change, in a way that leaders can understand and support. Overall, Krzysztof stressed that successful change management involves balancing both the technical and human aspects of digital transformation. Tracking readiness and progress systematically ensures smoother implementation and better business outcomes. #1STACMC2024 K-Pintar Sdn Bhd MagnaQM
