🚀 Ideas in Action! Last week, we co-organized an ideation workshop that brought together hotel professionals, university partners, and students to tackle one of Malaysia’s biggest challenges – food waste management! 💡 In collaboration with WWF-Malaysia, the ideation workshop is part of our collective effort to develop the Best Practices Guidebook for Food Waste Management and Responsible Food Sourcing. This comprehensive guidebook aims to enhance sustainable food operations within the Hotels and Food Service (HaFS) industry and is being co-developed with the valuable input of select Malaysian hotel professionals and universities. ➡️ The ideation workshop gave an opportunity to key stakeholders to review the progress of the guidebook, co-create content, provide feedback, and identify potential recommendations and local case studies. Through collaboration, creativity, and a shared vision for a sustainable future, we’re advancing local efforts and exploring innovative solutions to make a real impact in Malaysia and beyond. 🌱🌍 A big Thank You to all participants for their valuable contributions and insights 💯.
