Los cambios en el #realestate de México continúan. Luego de 17 años, MIRA anunció la conclusión de un management buy out liderado por Roberto Pulido y Carlos Asali. El movimiento marca no sólo un nuevo capítulo en el futuro inmediato del fondo gestor de activos y desarrollador, sino un cambio de estafeta de una nueva dirección basada en más de 40 años de experiencia combinada para dar un rostro dotado, según se informó, de innovación y maximizar el valor para los inversionistas. Es un camino que en 2007 inició Black Creek Investment Management Inc. México, luego se integró Ivanhoé Cambridge en 2014. Desde entonces, el enfoque ha sido la creación de #comunidades, ahora para ambos MiRA buscará que además sean conexiones auténticas entre las personas y su entorno. El proyecto más reciente es Armani Residences Masaryk que será desarrollado en colaboración con Residences by Armani Casa y Sordo Madaleno.
