Technical Services
The Trade Fair Technical Services team is responsible for the provision of media to the stands, the execution of riggings, logistics services as well as the rental of furniture and equipment.
We are available to all the exhibitors all year round, and during the assembly works we can be found in the Trade Fair Services Office in Hall 3, 5 and 7.

Rental of furniture and equipment
In response to the growing demand on the part of the Exhibitors we offer comprehensive equipment of stands in line with the latest design trends. The offer includes furniture, audio and video equipment, household appliances and a wide range of accessories required by Exhibitors during trade fairs, including kitchenware. We have extensive storage facilities which enable us to provide services to multiple events at the same time.
Electrical connections
The execution of the electrical installation is a necessary step in the process of stand construction. We execute electrical connections in the location designated by the client. The power capacities of the connections are adapted to the requirements of our customers. The most powerful connections typically offered to Exhibitors reach up to 70kW (3 x 125A). We also offer:
round-the-clock 230V and 400V connections, rental of switchboards up to 12 one-phase circuits, atypical connections (after consultation with the electrical supervision and individual pricing)
Water and sewage connections
The connection to the water and sewage network is executed in order to connect sinks, dishwashers, machines and other devices such as ice cube makers, coffee machines etc.
We install a water connection along with a water drainage system, or only a water supply connection or a sewage system, in any location designated by the client.
Rigging
Elements suspended above the stand are an excellent way to draw the attention of visitors. There is a broad variety of available suspended elements, and many solutions can be used - from individual banners, to banners stretched over ramps, glowing cubes, banners stretched over aluminum or wooden structures. They all require the attachment of steel cables to the fixed structures of the exhibition hall.
The offer includes the suspension and attachment of a steel cable with a maximum capacity of 50 kg to the permanent structure of the exhibition hall, along with the suspension of the Exhibitor's items or without the suspension of the Exhibitor's items, as well as the execution of electrical connections to the suspended structures. The possibility of suspension of particular elements can be checked in the plans of the exhibition halls and in the "Regulations for the Trade Fair Participants"
Compressed air
The offer of compressed air connections is primarily addressed to Exhibitors presenting machinery.
It includes the execution of compressed air connections for a total flow rate up to 200 l/min, up to 600 l/min, and up to 1000 l/min, at a pressure range of 6.0-8.5 (without the connection of the Exhibitor's devices).
The compressed air hose ends with a DN 7.2 quick connect coupling as a standard.
IT Services and telecommunications services
After creating an account each visitor can use the free Wi-Fi network provided at the Poznań International Fair. The login process is intuitive and has just a few steps. However, it is also possible to order a permanent Internet connection in the Ethernet RJ45 standard with a guaranteed bandwidth: 4Mb/s, 10Mb/s, 50Mb/s or 100Mb/s, as well as additional services including:
technical support of the Help Desk employee, assigned public IP address, separate protected VLAN network.
Upon customer request we can also install analog telephone lines with a telephone or fax device.
Forwarding services
An experienced team of forklift operators ensures the safe unloading and loading of the exhibits (up to 5 tonnes), and also provides the short-term storage of goods and empty packaging materials. We help in the unpacking, setting and packing of exhibits in the stand, and we also sell materials for their repeated loading and transportation (pallets, tie straps, foils etc.)
