Penyahindustrian atau deindustrialisasi ialah satu proses perubahan sosial dan ekonomi yang disebabkan oleh penyingkiran atau pengurangan keupayaan atau kegiatan industri di sesebuah negara atau di sesebuah rantau, terutamanya industri berat atau industri perkilangan. Ini merupakan lawan kepada pengindustrian.
