Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne won’t be returning to the UK anytime soon – for one spooky reason.

The A-list couple currently reside in Los Angeles but were due to jet back to home soil a while ago for their next chapter after 25 years across the pond.

Ozzy, 75, born in the West Midlands, and Sharon, 71, from London, were originally set to return in December 2021, vowing to quit the LA life lifestyle due to taxes.

Initially, their relocation was stalled due to Ozzy’s health issues, with Sharon explaining in 2023 that he wasn’t ‘ready’ because of various medical reasons.

Now, however, it appears they are hesitant to make the move back because, erm… their mansion is haunted.

Their son, Jack, is said to have dug into the history of their Grade II-listed property in Buckinghamshire and discovered it used to be a psychiatric hospital.

He’s branded the mansion ‘f***ing haunted as s**t’ and said he hates being in there.

‘My friend Jame would house-sit for us,’ he began.

‘A few years ago, he was house-sitting and his baby had woken up in the night and he and his wife went in to take care of their baby and heard a woman singing in the house.

‘They couldn’t figure it out.’

Another incident occurred when the family heard footsteps in Sharon and Ozzy’s bedroom, initially fearing someone had broken in.

Jack added to The Sun: ‘When we were in Welders, we heard walking downstairs in Mum and Dad’s bedroom.

‘That was clear as day and it wasn’t a dog – it was footsteps coming down the hallway towards us.’

Yeah… we wouldn’t be rushing to return to that place either.

A couple of weeks ago, TV icon Sharon spoke to Howie Mandel on the Does Stuff podcast about her struggles in getting Ozzy to leave the US.

‘I wanted to reverse it; to spend more time in England and come here (to LA) and visit, like on birthdays, holidays and stuff like that.

‘And I have been trying to get Ozzy to get out of the house and come to England. I am still trying.’

Sharon clarified that Ozzy ‘does’ want to leave the house, but ‘not a lot’ as he is ‘having a little bit of a tough time.’

‘Getting old and not being well sucks.’

The Black Sabbath rocker’s health woes have been well-documented since he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2003.

In recent years, he’s been working on his mobility and chronic pain following a fall in 2019.

Then, last September, he underwent his fourth spinal procedure.

He and Sharon – who married in 1982 – are currently working on a 10-part reality series, called Home to Roost, following their departure from America back to England.

Ozzy was, in fact, due to join his wife and their children, Kelly and Jack, at the Mad Monster Party in Phoenix, Arizona, this month, but most of the family will now no longer appear.

In a video shared on Instagram, matriarch Sharon informed fans: ‘Regretfully, the Osbourne family have to cancel our upcoming appearance at the Mad Monster Party in Phoenix, because Ozzy is unable to travel at this time.

‘However, Jack will be there flying the flag for the Osbournes.’

She concluded by thanking fans for their outpouring of support for Ozzy.
