Jill Albers Joins BDA as Senior Director of Business Development

One of promo’s most well-known sales professionals, Albers has a history of helping spur sales growth for large distributorships.

Jill Albers has a track record of sales success with some of the most prominent distributorships in the promotional products market.

Now, she is taking her talents to another industry-leading firm: Top 40 distributor BDA (Bensussen Deutsch & Associates, asi/137616).

The Woodinville, WA-based distributorship announced today that Albers has joined the firm as senior director of business development.

“Having top industry talent such as Jill join our BDA team is reflective of our position in the market, and our customers' level of trust in bringing their campaigns to life,” said BDA co-founder/CEO Jay Deutsch, a member of Counselor’s Power 50 list of the industry’s most influential people. “I’ve long admired Jill’s work and know she will fit right in with our incredible team.”

BDA ranks sixth on Counselor’s most recent Top 40 distributor list, as determined by reported 2022 North American promotional products revenue of $422.2 million. The company works with blue chip clients like Major League Baseball, Mercedes Benz, NBC, The Home Depot, and Johnson & Johnson. BDA also has a growing presence in Europe, where it has operations in the United Kingdom, France and, most recently, Germany. All that and more held appeal for Albers.

Albers has about 20 years of experience in the promo industry and has worked at multiple Top 40 distributorships. She was most recently director of client success at Top 40 distributor BAMKO (asi/131431), where she spent nearly five years.

Known as an industry thought-leader, Albers has appeared on the Power 50 and been on Counselor magazine’s Hot List, which spotlighted up-and-coming industry stars and creative standouts. She’s also been a speaker at the ASI Power Summit, an annual multi-day event for promo market leaders that includes networking, education and memorable social experiences.
