✈️ Formation OJT Audit Sécurité côté piste 14-18 octobre 2024, Brazzaville, Congo La formation « OJT Audit Sécurité côté piste » organisée par l’ACI Afrique a débuté ce Lundi 14 Octobre 2024, à Brazzaville, Congo. Cette formation gratuite accueillie par AERCO (Aéroports du Congo) est une initiative du Programme de Développement des Aéroports Africains (PDAA), visant à offrir un accès élargi à des formations de qualité et à renforcer les capacités du personnel des aéroports africains membres. Ms. Lungile Langa, Chair of the Airports Council International - ACI Africa HR Regional Committee, moderated a panel discussion at the ACI World - Airports Council International Customer Experience Summit 2024. The session focused on how the airport economy system should adapt to the changing workforce, addressing both micro and macro challenges that impact the airport workforce, including diversity, technological advancements, and sustainability. In today’s rapidly evolving environment, maintaining a resilient workforce is crucial. The discussion emphasized that employee engagement is key to enhancing customer experience—after all, “happy employees lead to happy customers!”
