📢 From today, August 19th, until the end of the month, August 30th, the University of Latvia (UL) is accepting applications for doctoral studies. 👉 New doctoral candidates can expect several new initiatives aimed at promoting a high-quality and efficient study and research process. UL has established a unified Doctoral School and is offering greater opportunities for funding. 💬 "This is a completely new approach to preparing new doctors, as everyone will have the same 'starting point' and the same rules, regardless of how 'wealthy' a particular field of science is," explains UL Vice-Rector for Research Guntars Kitenbergs. Applications for doctoral studies at UL can be submitted by filling out an electronic application form at lu.lv or by submitting documents in person at the UL main building, Rīga, Raiņa bulvāris 19, Room 114 (from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM) 👈 https://lnkd.in/ditTwUNw #DoctoralStudiesAtLU #StudyAtLU #UniversityOfLatvia #LUDoctoralSchool
