🎃👻 Halloween Fun at Robin! 👻🎃 We celebrated the spooky season with a virtual Halloween meeting at Robin! Our talented colleague, Alexandra, led a fantastic Halloween makeup workshop, where everyone got creative! All while enjoying our favourite drinks and sharing some spooky stories! It's moments like these that make working remotely feel connected, fun, and memorable. Thank you to everyone who joined in the fun and made this event a success! 💀🧙♀️🍬

🌍 Thanks to our HR Manager, Danute Lescinskaite, we now have an interactive global map where we can see just how far Robin has spread! We’re in 11 countries and over 17 cities, from Vilnius, Lithuania to Rosario, Argentina, and even Budapest! Even with all that distance, we’re still connected as one team. This map is a great reminder that working remotely doesn’t stop us from staying united and supporting each other as one team. 💻✨

We are happy to announce that we will increase the frequency of your Self-care sessions in Q4! 💆🏻♀️ They will now happen twice a month. This initiative reaffirms the weight that work-life balance has for us at Robin. The sessions consist of relaxing exercises, breathwork, meditation and reflections that specifically target our needs and challenges as remote recruiters and team-leaders. ✨ We intentionally dedicate those thirty minutes during our workday to turn off the engines and fill our own cup.

We’re happy to share that Robin is launching a new internal monthly newsletter 🗞️ to help us connect and get to know each other better. Aligned with our core value #Personal, the newsletter will feature company updates, fun facts, tips, and stories about our colleagues. 🤝 It’s all about building stronger connections and making sure everyone feels included.
