Recently, our CEO, Ina Bielske, took the stage at the Telia VIP Conference. Here are the key points from her presentation on the complexities of applying artificial intelligence to automate Customer Care, based on our experience at CyberCare: 👉 The first step is analysis. Which topics generate the most user request traffic and are the most mechanical? -> These are easiest to automate! 👉 Next, the data must be formatted in a way that is compatible with AI. 👉 Accuracy assurance is crucial. We test how accurately the AI detects problems and how precise its responses are. 👉 The work is carried out in stages, gradually adding new topics to the AI bot. This is the only way to ensure maximum answer accuracy and minimize risks. 👉 Artificial intelligence isn't necessarily cheaper. Tools improve, and costs can fluctuate. And you will definitely need additional developers, data engineers, and AI content managers.

I'm Liutauras, a Unit Manager at CyberCare. My journey here started over 6 years ago when I joined as a Customer Success Manager. I was then promoted to Team Lead, then to Senior Team Lead and later to Unit Manager, where I now lead customer care for 3 major world league products and an amazing squad of Team Leads, who collectively manage 80+ team members. 🚀 My biggest win In the early days, I had the pleasure of seeing 5 of my team members grow into Team Leads, which remains one of my proudest achievements. Even though it’s been a while, this accomplishment remains at the top because it showed me that I was on the right track as a people manager. 💪 Traits of a true team player A desire to win. Winning means achieving something, and a true team player uses their greatest strengths while giving others room to prosper and encouraging them when needed. 🤘 One advice to advance in a career My advice is to excel in whatever you do. If you choose to be in a particular role, commit to being the best at it—either excel or don't pursue it at all. This mindset helps me challenge myself and often leads to achieving what I put my mind to. 🪄 Dream superpower If I could choose one, it would be the ability to see all possible outcomes of my actions to make the best decisions. However, that would also make my work less exciting than it is now. 🏀 Switching off from work First, I prioritize spending time with loved ones, which always recharges me—work-life balance is important. Second is my love for basketball, which began in childhood during summers in the countryside. The agenda was always the same: basketball, football, swimming in the lake, and a little bit of rest with a sandwich. This left a lasting spot in my heart for all kinds of sports. 🎉 Memorable CyberCare moments One of my favourite memories is from our previous office when I hosted our very own CCxTalks event.
