Hey everyone, it’s Titas Lukosius, a Senior Team Lead at CyberCare. I will take you through my professional journey and some personal insights that have shaped my growth so far. 🧙 The journey My first ever job was a consultant in a hardware store. I did not enjoy it much, but it offered a schedule with which I could balance my studies at the time. Later, I moved to a Customer Success Manager position at CyberCare. Through the time I have spent in the position, I have managed to learn a lot and thus grow: 👉 Customer Success Manager. This was a starting role for me; 👉 Shift Manager. I moved up to this position 4-5 months after joining CyberCare. 👉 Quality Analyst. After another 4 months, I moved to our Customer Support Excellence team and became a Quality Analyst. In total, I spent around 6 months there. 👉 Team Lead. I tried my luck to apply and become a Team Lead 2 times. The 1st time failed but I managed to take all the feedback in, improved and was successful on my 2nd try. Here I led the Night shift team for around a year and the Day shift team for about 3 months. 👉 Senior Team Lead. After putting in the work I became a Senior Team Lead. Currently, I am nearing my 1st anniversary in this position. Other significant moments revolve around my drive for growth. When I started, I knew nothing about networking. Determined to learn, I asked colleagues for individual workshops, and they generously helped me acquire a lot of knowledge. Truth be told, one of my most memorable moments was when I declined a developer position at another company because I was determined to grow into a Team Lead here. I have no regrets about that decision now, even though it seemed questionable at the time. My proudest achievement thus far is managing to grow as a professional in the field I do enjoy. In general, I am still learning and have a lot of personal goals to achieve outside of work. 👨💻 Work-life balance I try to keep my work and personal life completely separate. All work-related matters stay at work, while I prioritize my personal life when I'm off the clock. I avoid discussing work outside of the office and instead focus on spending time with loved ones, planning essential life matters, and engaging in enjoyable activities. That's not to say I don't enjoy spending time with colleagues outside of work. I love spontaneous after-work outings to relax and catch up. 🔮 Advice for growth If you're looking to make a career jump, take all feedback seriously and work on improving based on it. You might not succeed on the first try, but every attempt provides valuable information. Be proactive and don't hesitate to make decisions. While this might lead to mistakes, it's a great way to learn and grow professionally. Don't be afraid to learn and grow together! 🌱 Apply to CyberCare: cybercare.cc/career

Our team is definitely a rainbow of superheroes that even Spider-Man would feel at home with. 🦸♂️ But that’s not the story this time. This is what it’s like to be part of the incredible Tesonet community on a summer afternoon. No special occasion—just a wish to create the happiest memories for the tiniest members of our families, turning an ordinary workday into an adventure-filled day for the kids. ✨

Hey, it’s Mantas Obolevicius. Before diving into the world of data, I spent my early years exploring different paths. My love for speed started when I was young, with a motorcycle license at 16 and my first ride on a Peugeot scooter. Now, I am a Data Engineer at CyberCare. I still enjoy the speed, just in a different kind of lane. ⭐ What drew me to working with data? My first job was tutoring at a coding school, where I taught kids the basics of C# and C++. My passion for IT later led me to CyberCare, where I started as a Customer Success Manager. From there, I moved to Full Stack Developer, then Junior Data Engineer, and lately, Data Engineer. I chose to work with data because I saw areas needing improvement and enjoyed building various solutions. I love tinkering with things and improving them, which is a key part of the engineering process. It's important to find something you're passionate about, and it's okay to change your career path several times. 💻 My typical day My day wraps up with a mix of data engineering tasks and projects to enhance our data systems and processes. Some of my highlights include: 👉 Blasting "The Blaze Madly" in the morning (currently, I’m lovin’ their new Jungle album); 👉 Maintaining and improving data infrastructure; 👉 Enhancing our SQL databases; 👉 Data ingesting from various sources; 👉 Building our Data Architecture. It can get busy fast, so I encourage myself to maintain a healthy balance, prioritize mental health, and find a hobby that helps to switch off. In my case, it’s either riding, hiking or simply sleeping it off - all work! Well, if I had an extra hour in my day, I would probably spend it reading philosophical books, a new interest of mine - far from data, but still engaging and useful. If you're excited by new technologies, detail-oriented and a strong critical thinker, let's keep in touch, we might have something for you 👉 cybercare.cc/career
