Chief Operating Officer of MAS Holdings, Shakthi Ranathunga visited TEXO Pvt Ltd on 2nd October. During his visit, TEXO opened its newly built Development Center. TEXO is now open to collaborate and Co develop fabrications with its customers. Texo also went live on SAP S4Hana- Marking the first manufacturing plant to go live on the newest version of SAP, On the 2nd of October. Shakthi had a chance to connect and thank the team for their efforts in this monumental task. It has indeed been a challenging and busy 12 months for team Texo. With more new machinery coming in within the next few months, we are excitedly looking forward to the journey ahead and a great 2025. We thank our stakeholders and customers for their support. Quality Circles, also known as QC or Kaizen Circles, are small groups of employees who voluntarily come together to identify, analyze, and solve quality related problems within an organization. MAS Celebrated the 5 year anniversary of its Quality Circle program which is named “Future Stars”. This year’s Future Stars Programme incorporated the “Executive and Above” employees into this program for the first time. TEXO, Whilst in its first year in its MOS Journey, Emerged victorious winning Bronze Medals in both the “Team Member” & “Executive and Above” categories.
