The celebrations began with a tree-planting ceremony, marking our commitment to growth and sustainability. We also took time to reflect on Noyon Sri Lanka’s incredible journey, highlighting the key milestones that we’ve achieved over the years. A special moment was honoring 36 of our team members who have been with us for 20 years. Each employee received a service token as a tribute to their contributions. Digital Product Creation Centre of Excellence recently hosted their bi-annual roadshow DI-Verse 2024. The event highlighted groundbreaking advancements in digital twins, consumer insights, and generative AI across MAS, demonstrating how these innovations can enhance our product creation process and deliver substantial business impact. 12 teams at MAS across apparel and material showcased how they have built and scaled capabilities in DPC. 5 teams were recognized with 8 awards for driving adoption/innovation and business impact.   Leadership and cross-functional teams gained valuable insights into how these technologies are poised to transform our product creation process. Dushyanthi Gamage, a Lead Designer at Noyon Lanka, has a remarkable journey intertwined with yoga and spirituality. From her early school days, a passion for these practices ignited within her. Fifteen years ago, she embarked on her first yoga class when a colleague initiated sessions at MAS Design. Realising the significance of holistic well-being, both mentally and physically, she resumed her yoga journey a few years ago. Now, under the guidance of her inspirational yoga teacher, Ms. Anoja Weerasinghe, Dushyanthi has made yoga a regular part of her life. As the Lead Designer at Noyon, she believes that a peaceful mind is essential for crafting beautiful designs. For Dushyanthi, yoga aligns her body, breath, and mind, creating harmony and conscious awareness. Manjula Jayawardana's journey with Noyon began in 2003 as a project intern, witnessing the company's initial setup. His passion for knitting technology began during university, under the guidance of Dr. Lanarole. At Noyon, he transitioned from the knitting team to development, inspired by leaders like CEO Murad Rajudin who emphasised on teamwork, and innovation guru Vijay Govindarajan. Ashiq Lafir, another former CEO, taught him the importance of clear strategies and attention to detail. Over two decades, Noyon has instilled in him the power of an open culture and strategic goal-setting.
