Silueta kicked off its 20-year anniversary celebrations by uniting teams from Sri Lanka, India, and Indonesia at our Head Office and factory in Biyagama. The inaugural MAS Changemaker Awards were held recently, celebrating the individuals and teams at MAS who bring the spirit of our purpose to life, while contributing to the success of the MAS Plan for Change. These awards were initiated in 2022, nominating and recognizing Changemakers across our strategic business units, channeling over 80 individuals and 80 teams to the Groupwide awards earlier this year. After going through a meticulous process of screening, shortlisting, interviews, presentations and judging, 12 worthy winners were finally recognized as the MAS Changemakers for 2023, across multiple categories.
