Exciting News ! Probably the most ambitious target set to ever be published on SBTi dashboard has just been released! InQube’s Commitment to reaching net-zero greenhouse gas emissions across our value chain by 2050 has been recognized by the SBTi and the targets to get there has been approved. Our near-term targets include reducing absolute scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by an impressive 99.34% by 2030 and achieving a 70% reduction in scope 3 emissions by 2031, both from a 2021 base year. We’re dedicated to maintaining these ambitious goals through 2050, with a long-term aim of reducing scope 3 emissions by 90% to reach net-zero levels by 2050. These ambitious goals are definitely not going to be a walk in the park but such ambition and commitment is just what is needed to heal the world before it’s too late. We hope to be a working example of taking bigger steps for a sustainable future and to inspire others to take the plunge.
