Do not share your Listen Notes login credentials with others. In other words, multiple people should not use the same email to login Listen Notes. Use of the Data

There are no limitations on using the data, except that you cannot use the data in any infringing, defamatory, harmful, fraudulent, illegal, deceptive, threatening, harassing, or obscene way.

Redistribution of Data

You may publish, share, and distribute analysis and aggregate statistics derived from the data. You agree to notify Listen Notes in the event that any research based on the data becomes publicly available. Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, you may not license, sublicense, sell, offer to sell, distribute or otherwise provide any Listen Notes data to any third parties.

Reasonable Usage

Listen Notes, Inc. sets and enforces limits on your use of the Listen Notes services in our sole discretion. In particular, you must not run scripts to scrape our data.

Premium Membership FAQ

1. Can multiple people from my team use the same Premium Membership? 🔗

Yes, but each person needs their own login (e.g., separate login email).

Please don't share your login email with others. Only one person can use an account login. If multiple people use the same login email, we will detect it and permanently suspend the account for violating our Terms of Sale.

2. When will we be billed for the Premium Membership? 🔗

When you subscribe, you'll be immediately charged with the full subscription fee ("Billed Daily") or US $140 ("Billed Monthly"), which will be deducted from your total amount at the end of the billing cycle.

If you choose "Billed Daily", your subscription will be canceled automatically in 2 to 10 days, depending on how many days you set up initially.

If you choose "Billed Monthly", then you'll be charged at the end of the monthly cycle. For example, if you subscribe to the Premium Membership at 8 a.m. on March 24, then you will be charged at 8 a.m. on April 24 (1st billing, for usage between 8 a.m. March 24 and 8 a.m. April 24), then at 8 a.m. on May 24 (2nd billing, for usage between 8 a.m. April 24 and 8 a.m. May 24), then at 8 a.m. on June 24 (3rd billing), and so on.

If you manually cancel the Premium Membership, you will be charged with a prorated fee immediately. We update the prorated fee on this page every 10 minutes, which is the price you'll pay if you cancel the Premium Membership at that moment.

3. How are refunds handled? 🔗

If we need to refund you (e.g., due to bugs on our side), we will do it via Stripe or PayPal. You can always contact us at [email protected] for any issues.

4. How can we cancel the Premium Membership? 🔗

For "Billed Daily", we cancel your subscription automatically. You just need to tell us how many days you want to keep your Premium Membership before signing up.

For "Billed Monthly", you can simply click on the "Cancel Premium Membership" button on this page. It's self-service. You can cancel the Premium Membership immediately without talking to us. Please note that you'll lose your Premium Membership immediately after you click to cancel the subscription yourself. For example: You subscribe to the Premium Membership. After 1 day and 3 hours, you click to cancel your subscription, and you are not a Premium Member anymore. In other words, you had been a Premium Member for 1 day and 3 hours (or 27 hours) - not 2 days, not 48 hours.

5. We subscribe to the Premium Membership. What if we fail to pay (e.g., our credit card is lost or expired)? 🔗

If it's "Billed Daily", we'll suspend your account, and you won't be able to become a Premium Member again, unless you contact us to pay off your due bill.

If it's "Billed Monthly" or "Billed Annually", we will notify you via email, and you should update your payment method as soon as possible. If we are still unable to charge your credit card within 24 hours, then we have to suspend your account.

6. Does the Premium Membership allow us to use Listen API or get a discount of Listen Datasets? 🔗

No.

7. What if we violate Terms of Sale? 🔗

In particular, you must not run scripts to scrape our data.

8. Can we try it for free? 🔗

No. But you can try it for a small daily fee:

Typically a subscription service (e.g., Netflix) forces you to pay a monthly or annual fee upfront, although you just want to use the service for 1 day or 2. But that's not us. Listen Notes Premium Membership doesn't force you to commit to the monthly or annual subscription. By default, you subscribe for 2 days. And we automatically cancel your subscription after 2 days. You pay only a 2-day fee. That's it.

9. How many search queries can we do? 🔗

Unlimited.

You can search as many times as you want. Basically, you can try unlimited search keywords! Please make sure you don't violate our Terms of Sale.

10. Do you have any comments on similar products from other companies (i.e., competitors)? 🔗
