This arrangement of moving images fit to a feature length film has made me now into a changed mortal. Before my eyes met this movie, I myself never knew of how I, Jojo Maben, could ever think to be a dreamer. But thanks to the magnificence that is this underwater golden art piece, it taught me I CAN be a dreamer. I CAN fulfill my dreams. Just so long as I say in my head 'You are a dreamer. The Dolphin: Story of a Dreamer is a very special film for me, because it was the film that got me into watching bad films ironically, which is now one of my favourite hobbies. When I first saw it, I found it hilarious, and I didn't stop quoting it for months.
Unfortunately, on rewatch it is a painfully generic film with highly limited value. The animation isn't the worst I've ever seen, but it is far from good, and the titular dolphin has a very bland and simple design which contrasts poorly with some of the other, more realistic character designs.
