i love how the reporter and cameraman clearly had opposing views on the zombies. while the reporter tries his best to prevent the zombies from coming back to their society by showing all their bad sides, the cameraman, in his own little way, shows the human sides of the zombies. he zooms in on their houseplant when they arrive, he stays behind even when the reporter leaves, and he captures the humanity and emotions that the zombies revealed when they thought they were alone. i just love how the zombies can be a representation for all the outcasts in society. the reporter represented society and how it continues to view the outcasts, while the cameraman chooses to understand them. it's just a simple film than can relate to many people in different ways, and i love that about it.
