Plastic Centrifuge Tubes, 15 mL (Plug Style)

These 15 mL Plug Style Centrifuge tubes are a great low cost alternative to using 15 mL Screw Top centrifuge tubes when a cap is not needed.  They are available in either Polystyrene (Clear) or Polypropylene (Cloudy) depending on your needs and both have molded graduations from 0.5 to 15 mL's in 0.5 mL increments.  The tubes measure 17 x 120mm.  The centrifuge spin rate for the two tubes are: 1500 RPM for the PS tube & 3000 RPM for the PP tube.  The PS tube is a better value if you don't need the increased RPM's of the PP tube.  The quality of these tubes allow for their use in environmental testing & other labs that require low contamination levels.
