Digital Analyst/Executive - GMP and Programmatic Platforms

What You'll Be Responsible For

As a Digital Account Executive, your role is pivotal in collaborating closely with the Digital Manager and Team Lead to ensure the effective management of each programmatic DSP, primarily GMP. This involves facilitating a seamless workflow from client communications through to execution and performance reporting. Your key responsibilities encompass campaign asset management, insights into GMC stock management, platform implementation, and offering valuable insights into ongoing campaigns. Leveraging insights garnered from past and ongoing campaigns, as well as a deep understanding of client requirements, you actively propose, recommend, and introduce innovative solutions to the client-facing team in Korea. These solutions span various areas including asset management, implementation strategies, and data analytics, all of which contribute to the comprehensive client-facing report.

On a daily basis, you will find yourself:

Asset Management: Within a clear timeline and communication system, manage the asset delivery cycle, including understanding the asset ETA from relevant stakeholders (Senders), notifying the relevant team members of the progress (Receivers), and identifying any blockers and implications for the current timeline.

CM360 Management: Implementing delivered assets and creating tracking/floodlight tags mainly from CM360 and managing each component's deliverables.

Campaign Implementation: Utilizing the provided media plan and guidance from the programmatic team lead, ensure smooth and precise implementation of campaigns across all DSPs and programmatic platforms.

Managing the GMP sub platforms: Be the vanguard of all GMP elements for campaigns, including Google Merchant Centre. Oversee automated stock feed, manage the overall workflow, and flag and notify any issues from the GMC.

Overall campaign pacing and hygiene check: Consistently monitor the pacing of all live campaigns and conduct thorough hygiene checks both pre and post-launch. Promptly flag any issues and offer proactive solutions that are in line with the client's objectives

IS THIS YOU?

If you possess the following qualifications and characteristics, you're an ideal candidate for this role:

3+ Years of Google-Based Marketing Experience: You have a proven track record with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Google-based marketing, preferably within a digital agency, and a strong preference for expertise in all GMP.

Holistic Approach: You understand the digital marketing ecosystem and can integrate various elements into a holistic view.

Ownership and Curiosity: You approach problem-solving with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity, consistently seeking innovative solutions.

Effective Communication: You can express yourself clearly and concisely, both in spoken and written communication.

Analytical Skills: You possess highly developed analytical and numeracy skills, enabling you to make data-driven decisions.

Fluency in English: Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.

Detail-Oriented: You have a meticulous and data-focused approach, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of your work.

Proactive and Motivated: You are a proactive and self-motivated individual who takes initiative to drive success.
