ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE
Once you add items to your cart, our system calculates an estimated delivery date based on your location. This date may vary due to factors such as holidays, item customization, and customs clearance for international orders.
All orders are shipped via express shipping service for quick, reliable delivery.
Customization Time: For customized items, please allow an additional 1–2 days for processing before shipment.
Weekend and Holiday Delivery: If your estimated delivery date falls on a weekend or national holiday in your country, your parcel will arrive on the next business day.
Please Note: In-store pickup is not available.

Express Shipping: Next-day delivery is available at no extra charge on selected items and sizes.
Stock Availability: If your selected size is out of stock, please allow an additional 2 days for delivery.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. will be processed on the same day or as per estimation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day (working days exclude Sundays and public holidays).
Shipping Outside City Limits: For deliveries outside city limits, please allow an additional 1–2 days.

Saudi Arabia - Shipping Requirements: For all orders over 10 kg, a company trade license is required for customs clearance. These shipments can only be sent under a registered company name. We will proceed with shipping once the necessary documents are received.

Road Transport: If you select Road Transport as your shipping method, please expect an additional 5–6 days beyond the estimated delivery date, for a total of up to 10 days from fulfillment (ship-out date), except for deliveries within Oman.
Saudi Arabia - Road Shipping: Road shipping is available only to Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah. For other cities, additional charges may apply for delivery from these locations, a company trade license is required for customs clearance.

* All international deliveries are subject to customs fees & import duty which customer has to pay while delivery. This is a normal process for all packages you receive from out of your country. Import duty varies depending on your country rules & regulations.
SHIPPING POLICY: All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days or as per the estimated fulfillment. Orders placed over the weekend or Public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Sunday and public holidays).
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Just Adore® is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 business days for UAE orders and 28 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address & phone number provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS / BOOKING: Please remember when you place multiple / repeat orders may result in multiple postings to the your bank card’s monthly statement.
