"بتمنى أشوف كل الشباب يقدروا يشتغلوا ويتطوروا ويلاقوا فرص وما تضيع قدراتهم بالقعدة في البيت." استفادت رهف، 23 عاماً، من برنامج التدريب المهني التشغيلي من اليونيسف ومركز تطوير الأعمال، والذي ينتهي بعقود توظيف في القطاع الخاص تصل مدتها إلى سنة. وهي تعمل الآن في مصنع للحلويات في عمان. إلى الآن، استفاد مئات شاب وشابة في أنحاء الأردن من البرنامج الذي يقدم تدريباً على المهارات الحياتية وتدريب مهني في شركات قطاع الخاص. وفرص التوظيف💡 “My wish for all youth in Jordan is to see them able to work and flourish and not waste their energies by staying home.” Rahaf, 23, has benefitted from the UNICEF and Business Development Center - BDC On-The-Job training programme and is now working full-time at a sweets factory. To date, hundreds of young people have received soft skills training and certified vocational training, and opportunities for employment with the private sector.

بمساعدة برنامج مدعوم من اليونيسف، توظفت أريج البالغة من العمر 23 عاماً في مصنع للحلويات في عمان. 🍪 يزود برنامج التدريب المهني التشغيلي، والذي تم اطلاقه عام 2021، الشباب الأكثر هشاشة بين الأعمار 18- 24 بشهر إلى ثلاثة أشهر من التدريب في شركات من القطاع الخاص. إثر إكمالهم التدريب بنجاح، يوقع الشباب عقداً مدته عام كامل. #نتعلم_لنكسب With help from a UNICEF-supported programme, Areej, 23, is now employed full-time at a sweets factory in Amman. Launched in 2021, the On-The-Job training programme provides vulnerable young people aged 18-24 with 1-3 months of training in private sector companies. Once successfully completed, the young people then sign one-year long contracts. 🍪 #Learning2Earning

"نصيحتي للشباب في الأردن انهم ينخرطوا أكثر في الرقمنة والتكنولوجيا. اذا بدكم تتميزوا فلازم تكتسبوا مهارات رقمية." 💻 أكمل عمر، 21 عاماً في محافظة المفرق، تدريب المهارات الرقمية من اليونيسف ودوت الأردن بنجاح. ساعدته المهارات التي اكتسبها في إيجاد العديد من فرص عمل مولدة للدخل. #نتعلم_لنكسب “My advice for young people in Jordan is to get more involved in digitalization and technology, if you want to be different, you need digital skills.” Omar, 21, successfully completed training in digital skills from UNICEF and Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT) Jordan The skills he gained helped him find several freelance opportunities and generate income. 💡#Learning2Earning

⬅️يعمل برنامج المهارات الرقمية لمستقبل المدعوم من اليونيسف، بالشراكة مع وزارة الاقتصاد الرقمي والريادة ودوت -الأردن، على تزويد الشباب والشابات الأكثر هشاشة بمهارات رقمية أساسية ومتقدمة وتشبيكهم بفرص عمل مولدة للدخل في كل من النظامين الاقتصاديين، الرسمي والحر. وإلى اليوم ، استفاد أكثر من 9500 شاب وشابة في مختلف أنحاء الأردن من هذا التدريب. #نتعلم_لنكسب ➡️UNICEF’s Digital Skills for A Better Future programme, in partnership with Jordan’s Ministry of Digital Economy & Entrepreneurship and DOT Jordan , equips vulnerable youth with basic and advanced digital skills and links them with income generating opportunities in both the formal and gig economy. To date, more than 9,500 youth from across #Jordan have benefitted and are better prepared for the job market. #Learning2Earning

أصبح موسى، وهو شاب حديث التخرج في الجامعة، أكثر استعداداً لإيجاد طريقه في سوق العمل بعد مشاركته في نادي البحث عن العمل المدعوم من اليونيسف. "هلا بطبّق المهارات اللي تعلمتها في النادي في بحثي عن وظيفة." تعمل هذه الشراكة بين اليونيسف ومنظمة العمل الدولية ومركز تطوير الأعمال على تمكين جيل جديد من الباحثين عن عمل في الأردن. #نتعلم_لنكسب After participating in the UNICEF-supported Job Search Club, fresh university graduate Mousa is now better prepared to navigate the job market. "I am applying the new skills I learned in my job hunt.” This partnership between the International Labour Organization, UNICEF and the Business Development Center - BDC is empowering a new generation of job seekers across Jordan. #Learning2Earning
