31 Queen Street-Watch it evolve Week 37 A major milestone has been reached on this amazing project with the external scaffolding now removed revealing the high quality insulated render facade and windows installed by our sister company Style Windows. The interiors are progressing well with the feature staircase metal work installed and passenger lift. We recently completed the refurbishment of the communal areas at Osprey House in St Helier.
