Meet Mark Reynolds, the MD. Mark joined the business, following in his father's footsteps and started out by hand-carving memorials. He has overseen the growth of the business from carving granite and marble headstones to fabricating all types of stone using state-of-the-art machinery, working with suppliers including COSENTINO, Caesarstone UK, Laminam UK and Cullifords, and more recently taken on the role as agent for Ceramiche Marca Corona in Jersey. Marriage stones are a very traditional Jersey thing. Traditionally this was a stone lintel carved with the initials and date of the newly married couple. Nowadays we get asked to craft many different designs and shapes, including old corn weights for door stops, polished wall panels and garden features.
