Proud to be part of a historic project! 🏛️ We're thrilled to announce the successful completion of the new government office in Union Street, St. Helier. As client surveyor and cost consultant we worked closely with the Government of Jersey, Arcadis (IBI Group) and Dandara as developer to deliver this exceptional project. This state-of-the-art, six-story office building spans approximately 130,000 square feet and boasts several impressive features: - BREEAM Excellent rating: Demonstrating the dedication to sustainability and energy efficiency. - Modern workspace: Equipped with cutting-edge technology to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Consolidation operations: Streamlining government operations and reducing costs. - Local economic boost: Utilizing primarily on-island suppliers and subcontractors. - Spacious office space: Providing over 1,200 desks for government staff. We're pleased to have played a role in creating this landmark building, which will serve as a modern and sustainable hub for the Government of Jersey.
