Upper House and Morningside House represent yet another exceptional initiative from the Polygon Collective team, providing a contemporary and vibrant workspace with flexible leasing options. It is no surprise that only a limited number of units remain available. We have collaborated closely with Polygon Collective for several years on various projects, and this project was run by Sarah Allisette, who heads up our Guernsey office. Sarah assembled an outstanding team of installers, ensuring meticulous attention to detail to deliver a seamless furniture project for the client from inception to completion. We thoughtfully chose softer finishes for the desks to complement the modern setting, and we appreciate the support from Workstories & Jonathan Heath throughout this endeavour, including a very informative and useful trip to see the showroom in London. In this instance, they were utilized as private areas for contemplation or focused work, maximizing the stunning view from our client's office. Our choice of fabrics from Camira in Oceanic not only enhances the sustainability aspect of these distinctive pieces but also provides a serene backdrop as you gaze out at the ocean. We are thrilled to have completed this stunning furniture project with the build by Ravenscroft Construction . The client moved from a traditional office space on multiple floors into a modern, open-plan layout that fosters collaboration and teamwork. Our team worked closely with Nicola Woods from Axis Mason and the client to ensure a deep understanding of their brief and carefully selected items that would thrive in the new office environment. Notably, we prioritized high levels of sustainability credentials in our selection of certain pieces. This project was led by Sarah Allisette who is based in our Guernsey office. The project is a testament to her expertise in the furniture industry. We are grateful to our amazing suppliers, who provided invaluable support throughout the project, making it a truly collaborative effort. Why a trip to Clerkenwell is a must for your next project! We are lucky enough to work with some amazing suppliers who have a vast array of products and each year new items along with fabrics are released. This can be somewhat confusing and a bit of a minefield if you are looking to embark on a furniture project. We recently took a client to London to look at the showroom spaces to be able to really live & breathe the furniture world allowing them to sit on chairs, look at fabrics close up & decide if that table really does look the same as the one in the pictures!
