Tasks to do

Prepare files for move to Commons. That will reduce the work needed after the file is moved to Commons and also reduce the risk that the file is deleted on Commons because it is missing relevant information.

Possible edits to do:

1. Add a category: [[:Category:Files uploaded by <name of user>]] (will both make it easier for me to work on the files and will also make it easier for the uploader to find the files again on Commons)
2. Add the categories the file should be located in on Commons (I do not speak Japanese so I can't always find the correct category but if I put files in "Trains of Japan" for example then the files are much closer to be in the right category than if I leave them uncategorized)
3. Change indications of own work to {{own}} (Original, 自作 etc).
4. Relicense the files if the uploader allow it
5. Fix errors in syntax if any is found

Everything will be done manually assisted and supervised.

New:

1. Change {{GFDL}} to {{GFDL-ja}} etc per discussion on Template‐ノート:GFDL#Subject_to_disclaimers_-_what_is_the_status.
2. General link maintenance when a file is located on Commons with an other name than on Japanese Wikipedia - see example here
