Organizations increasingly seek to understand their employees’ skills: both the ones they have and the ones they need to perform their work. Eighty-five percent of organizations say they have some efforts underway to define a skills framework, a tool to categorize and organize skills in a way that assists in decision-making about work and the workforce. A well-structured skills framework can serve as a vital roadmap in any organization. It can be organized around various parameters, from types of work and job families to specific industry sectors or work contexts. This allows organizations to better align their workforce with their strategic goals, enabling them to identify skill gaps, target training and development initiatives, and enhance their overall competitiveness. Quota 7! Ci vediamo a quota 8.

112 participants, 7 EMEA countries, 4 classrooms, 12 MUG teams. Just returned from another facilitation in a new delivery of the EMPOWER Program at the Deloitte University - Barcelona. A special thank goes to Will Jefferson who has been my coach during the first delivery of this program and Anne Jones who shared her passion and experience during the latest one. I've learned so much from Anne and Will and, thanks to their help and all the other coaches/facilitators of the Faculty, I really felt a part of this fantastic Group. Can't wait to be there again!

The University of Bologna is a public research university in Bologna, Italy. Founded in 1088 by an organised guild of students (studiorum), it is the oldest university in continuous operation in the world, and the first degree-awarding institution of higher learning. With over 90,000 students, the University of Bologna is one of the largest universities in Europe. The university has its own business school, the Bologna Business School (BBS) created to train a new generation of business leaders, capable of driving international growth and digital transformation, with a view to sustainability. Marcello Russo is Full Professor of Organizational Behaviour at University of Bologna and Director of the Global MBA at Bologna Business School. It was a real pleasure to welcome his students at our GreenHouse for a LAB on Future of Work. Thanks to David Conradie and Stefano Besana who enriched the contents with their experience and Giovanni Cardillo Alessandra Marchetti Riccardo Caldarella for their support. Department of Management - DiSA, Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna Great job, great interactive work!

Just returned from our Deloitte University in Barcelona where I had the pleasure to support the EMEA Empower program as a facilitator. 200 newly promoted Senior Consultants, 6 classrooms, 4 Groups per class, 30 coaches & facilitators: sharing experiences and receiving energy and ideas from others is the best part of my work. The tree is the final result of the work together with my MeetUpGroup (MUG) not only a nice synthesis of most important takeaway but a compliment and gift to me when they represented me as the one who pours water to their (already strong) roots. Thank you Jasmin, Indu, Myriam, Rendel, Beatrice, Simone!
