TRAINING ACADEMY
At Benetton Group, people are at the center of every program and every action. We want to take care of the personal and professional growth of the resources in the company. We regularly organize training days in our headquarters, but to make learning increasingly accessible and engaging we also adopted some dedicated digital tools, both for compliance training - security and privacy - and broader topics, from languages to personal relationship management.
LEADERSHIP
Our Learning & Development team takes care of people with learning proposals suited for different professional needs and goals, with a blended mode to help fitting training moments in everyday life. To stimulate curiosity and engage talent, the Team collaborates with chosen partners in the Training and University sectors. For young talents under 30, we specifically designed the BYG (Benetton Young Generations) program, which aims to refine their skills and outline their career path.
WARM UP INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Warm Up is Benetton Group's Internship Program, dedicated to university students and recent graduates who are passionate about the fashion industry and wish to start their careers in a dynamic and international environment. More than a specific degree, what we look for is people who would be happy to take on new challenges and are eager to grow, flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced workplace. Foreign languages - especially English - and digital skills are all added values.
