The Board of Directors approves the consolidated half-year financial report as of June 30, 2024: orders increase, margins improve, and the Group’s debt decreases.   Gianluca Mazzantini, CEO of #AntaresVisionGroup, commented: “The 7% increase in orders, the reduction in net debt from €104 to €98 million and the improvement of the ADJ. EBITDA of €9 million are a significant achievements, enhanced by the great willingness of the entire Company to perceive change and proactively support it. We hosted a workshop for the A.I.P. delegation—an Italian association of holders of authorizations for the parallel import of medicines from Europe—and explored the challenges of equipping I.T. systems and repackaging lines because of the arrival in Italy of the E.U. directives of February 9, 2025. Gianfranco Landolfi, Life Science General Manager of Antares Vision Group, emphasizes the importance of this transition: ‘The safety of medicines will be further enhanced with the introduction of a new regulation that includes both digital and physical requirements for the packaging of pharmaceutical products.
