🚙 We’re proud to announce our support to #Rust2Dakar 2024, the charity rally aimed at helping the most fragile communities in West Africa! A proper on the road adventure that, following the legendary Paris-Dakar, crosses Morocco, Mauritania, Senegal and Guinea Bissau. The vehicles used by participants in the Rust2Dakar will be donated in Africa to support Tavolo 8's local projects, either being used in cooperation initiatives or to fund them. With enthusiasm and determination, Marina Golinelli, Deputy Chairman of Alfasigma, will join the race as member of the Rusty Penguins team, that will set off on December 26th on board of the car “Sally”. A journey in which learning to dare and working effectively as a team will be two fundamental elements to face the challenges of the path and reach the finish line on January 10. Rust2Dakar is organized by the humanitarian association Tavolo8 ODV with the goal of raising awareness and funds for cooperation projects aiding the most vulnerable groups in West Africa. For years, Alfasigma has been working alongside several organizations to carry out initiatives that help local communities grow and thrive, and this is another worthy chance to promote sustainable development and social inclusion. Today marks the beginning of the second edition of #MicrobiotaRevolution, hosted at the Auditorium Centro Congressi, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Rome, with the unrestricted grant of #Alfasigma. At Alfasigma, we believe our production plants are more than just workplaces, they are communities. This fall, we brought that vision to life with the first edition of our Family Days, held across our Italian production plants in Trezzano Rosa, Sermoneta, Pomezia, and Alanno. During these events, employees welcomed their families into the heart of our operations, opening the doors of departments, laboratories and warehouses that form the backbone of our daily work. Celebrating 40 Years of Alfasigma's Alanno plant! 🎉 Last Saturday, we celebrated 40 years of Alfasigma's Alanno plant, a symbol of dedication to pharmaceutical innovation. Joined by Mayor Oscar Pezzi and local authorities, we proudly reflected on the impact this site has had on the community and on strengthening our position as a leader in the pharmaceutical sector at international level.   As Fabio Russo, Chief Technical Operations Officer, highlighted, "This anniversary is not just a milestone for Alfasigma, but a recognition of the strong connection we’ve built with the Alanno community. The collaboration between public and private sectors is crucial for facing future challenges and driving innovation.
