 Job Title: Curriculum Development Specialist for UNESCO Project Location: Ninawa, Iraq (Remote work possible) Company: Twekl Company Type: Contract/Freelance Duration: 10 months Job Description: We are seeking a Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team for a UNESCO project. The role involves upgrading existing training modules and developing new curricula for vocational training. Responsibilities: - Review and upgrade existing CBT modules. - Develop new curricula for two occupations at three levels across three sectors. - Form and train a Curriculum Development Committee. - Create teaching and learning materials. - Translate materials into Arabic and ensure quality. - Deliver Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions. - Provide ongoing support and follow-up. - Submit monthly progress reports and a final report. Requirements: - Master’s degree in Vocational Training, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in curriculum development for TVET/Education. - Experience in team management and delivering training sessions. - Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus. - Excellent communication and writing skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred: - Experience in the Middle East, especially Iraq. - Familiarity with UNESCO projects and standards.
