Dubai Properties Lays the Foundation Stone for “Lumia Residence” in R7 Area of the New Administrative Capital

Dubai Properties has officially inaugurated the foundation-laying ceremony for the “Lumia Residence” project in the R7 area of the New Administrative Capital. This grand event also marked the signing of a contract with the consulting firm “Moharram Bakhom” to oversee the project, alongside the commencement of concrete pouring for six residential buildings within the development.

Mohamed Ghali, CEO of Dubai Properties, emphasized that the “Lumia Residence” project signifies a transformative leap in the real estate sector of the New Administrative Capital. He highlighted the modern architectural designs and advanced facilities that ensure a high quality of life. This initiative marks the company’s third project in the capital, demonstrating Dubai Properties ‘s commitment to providing a diverse portfolio of offerings that reflect their absolute confidence in this promising city.

Ghali noted that “Lumia Residence” represents a strong launch for Dubai Properties in the New Administrative Capital, as the project is strategically located in the heart of the seventh residential district, close to major international schools and universities. It boasts a wide array of services and recreational activities implemented with global standards to meet various client needs, featuring residential units of varying sizes to cater to all customer requirements.

The project encompasses a residential compound spanning 36 feddans, integrating residential units, diverse services, and extensive green spaces that fulfill the highest standards of luxury for clients. The company has also engaged a large team of experts and engineers in the field of engineering consultancy to leverage their previous experience and design the compound according to international regulations and standards.

During the foundation-laying ceremony, a contract was signed with the Moharram Bakhom office to act as the project’s general consultant. The agreement was signed by Mohamed Ghali, CEO of Dubai Properties, and Dr. Mourad Bakhom, representing Moharram Bakhom, in the presence of a distinguished group of project consulting engineers.

This significant event was attended by several key figures, including Mohamed Talaat, CEO of MTA Architects, Dr. Bassem El Sherbini, President of Ittqan Financial and Marketing Consultancy, and Walid Al-Suwaidi, CEO of PCE. The ceremony also witnessed the commencement of concrete pouring for six buildings within the project, underscoring Dubai Properties’ determination to initiate construction in line with the project’s timeline. This phase is crucial to ensure the delivery of units that meet high-quality standards, adhering to the specifications agreed upon with clients.
