Under this circumstance, the use of pressurized irrigation systems can be an option of enhancing the efficiency of water consumption. This study was therefore conducted to evaluate the performance of a new mini-sprinkler irrigation system. An experiment was conducted on the experimental farm of College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology, M. K. V., Parbhani. Four different commercially available makes of mini-sprinklers 5022-U. 427 G-AG Orange, 427 G-AG Green and Super-10 of different nozzle color with different nozzle sizes 2.4 x 1.8 mm, 2.8 mm, 3.2 mm and 2.4m m, respectively were tested at 100 cm stake height for their hydraulic performance in terms of pressure-discharge, pressure-radius of throw and pressure- average precipitation rate of single mini-sprinkler head relationships. The fast depletion in the petroleum reserve and uncertainty in supply due to political and economical reasons are causing hike in petroleum prices. Environmental pollution due to burning of these fuels has stimulated the search for alternative fuels to petroleum fuels. High dependance on non-renewable sources presents a window of opportunity for looking at alternative fuels. Biodiesel can be cosidered as one of the potential renewable energy sources for diesel engines. Biodiesel can be used directly or in blended form of diesel. The error rate performance and complexity of the algorithms are evaluated for different antenna configurations, for various constellation sizes, for different channel properties with and without coding. It is shown that Maximum Likelihood Detection (MLD) [1] outperforms the other schemes. Its complexity, however, is the highest and growing exponentially with the number of transmit antennas. Less complex alternatives are found that have only a slightly worse performance. Since V-BLAST techniques are simulated.
