To provide preventive health support focusing on stress-management, we developed a web-based stress check system for workers called “Mental-Rosai-II (MR-II)”. MR-II offers selfadministered questionnaires on strains, stressors and coping profile, and provides computer-tailored personal reports on the check results, aiming at further improvement of one`s coping profile. This study examined the MR-II`s effect on promoting motivation for stress-management and its usability.
