The research is guided by three objectives: to identify the nature of balancing work and personal life at Olympic Hotel, to identify the challenges affecting the effective balance between work and personal life, and to propose solutions to these challenges. Utilising a descriptive research survey design, data was collected from 40 employees through structured questionnaires to identify the nature of work-life balance, challenges, and proposed solutions. The demographic profile of respondents revealed a diverse workforce, with a slight majority of females (51.72%), most respondents were singles 57.5% and ages predominantly between 31-40 years (45%). Educational backgrounds varied, with secondary education being the most common (43%), and experience levels ranging primarily from 6-10 years (43%). Findings on the nature of balancing work and personal life highlighted challenges such as high-stress levels, work interference with personal life, and tight work schedules. Findings on challenges affecting the effective balance between work and personal life highlighted a demanding business environment, tight work schedules, and limited work-life balance options mainly available to parents and caregivers. Flexible working options seen as restrictive, and lack of support for education or training opportunities, insufficient time off, difficulty accessing support programs for stress or personal issues, and unclear expectations about working hours. Proposed solutions emphasised improved compensation, greater flexibility in working arrangements, and extending work-life balance options to all employees. Recommendations include implementing flexible work arrangements, clear communication about policies, and regular feedback sessions. By fostering a supportive work environment and prioritizing employee well-being, Olympic Hotel can enhance organizational performance and employee satisfaction. Further research is suggested to explore work-life balance across industries and geographical contexts, informing more inclusive organizational strategies.

This challenge extends beyond mere academic support to include full inclusion and active participation in all aspects of social and professional life. In the Greek education system, the field of Special Education has shown steady progress in recent years. Without any doubt, a fundamental aspect affecting the effectiveness of an educational program is the measurement of its design. This quality is defined by how well the program's requirements align with the identified requirements and instruction of the teachers it targets (Hassapis, 2000). The investigation and identification of educational needs and the selection of topics related to school practices are daily basic conditions for designing an effective program (Vergidis, 1999).

In Indonesia, as in many countries, the concept of resilient aging offers a holistic framework to enhance the quality of life for older adults. A comprehensive framework for enhancing the well-being of the elderly by promoting healthy, independent, active, and productive lifestyles through the 7 Dimensions of Resilient Elderly. As the global population ages, it is crucial to address the multifaceted needs of older adults to improve their quality of life. The dimensions—physical, emotional, social, spiritual, intellectual, occupational, and environmental—are explored in depth, highlighting their interconnectedness and collective impact on resilience. The paper emphasizes practical strategies and interventions that can be implemented to foster resilience in seniors. These include promoting regular physical activity, encouraging social connections, facilitating lifelong learning, and creating supportive environments that cater to the unique needs of older adults. By adopting a holistic approach, communities can empower seniors to actively engage in their lives and contribute meaningfully to society. Furthermore, the paper discusses the importance of collaboration among healthcare providers, policymakers, and community organizations to create supportive networks that nurture resilience in the elderly. By prioritizing these dimensions, we can create an ecosystem that not only addresses the challenges of aging but also celebrates the potential of older adults to lead fulfilling lives. This framework ultimately serves as a guide for developing effective programs and policies aimed at fostering resilience and enhancing the overall well-being of the aging population.

Employing Economic Migration Theory and Selective Migration Theory, we examine the immigration policies under Donald Trump's administration and the potential future impact of similar governance. In parallel, we analyze the evolution of Germany's refugee policies, influenced by the rise of the Alternative for Germany (AfD) party. Using both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including surveys of refugees and skilled migrants in the U.S. and Germany, the study reveals a consistent pattern: right-wing governments tend to favor skilled migrants while imposing harsher restrictions on undocumented migrants. Data analyzed using SPSS indicate that Republican-led administrations, and similarly right-wing influences in Germany, promote selective immigration policies aimed at bolstering economic growth while enhancing border control.

Psychological contracts encompass employees' perceived expectations of their employers and play a critical role in shaping workplace dynamics. The research focuses on key dimensions, including perceived organizational support, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational justice, and their impact on employee performance. The study employed a mixed-method research design, combining quantitative data from structured questionnaires and qualitative insights through a literature review. Data were collected from a sample of 351 respondents, using stratified random sampling. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods were applied, with regression analysis conducted to determine the relationship between the variables. The findings revealed that perceived organizational support had a strong positive correlation with employee performance (r = .713, p = .031), with respondents reporting high levels of organizational support, indicated by a mean score of 4.0516 on workplace relationships. However, individual support was rated lower, with a mean score of 2.6410, suggesting room for improvement in personalized attention. Organizational commitment and citizenship behavior showed moderate but non-significant correlations with employee performance, with mean scores of 4.1339 for commitment to work quality and 4.5100 for citizenship behavior. Organizational justice exhibited a weak correlation (r = .088) with performance, but fairness in compensation and treatment was highly rated, with a mean score of 4.3686. The study concludes that enhancing perceived organizational support, recognizing organizational citizenship behavior, and ensuring fairness through transparent decision-making processes are critical for improving employee performance in high-stress environments like Kenya Police. Future research should explore these dynamics in other sectors and examine external stressors' impact on employee commitment and performance.

It is an approach that seeks to find principles and truths that are universally valid, regardless of any specific context. The concept of truth involves many philosophical reflections and discussions, throughout the history of philosophy, from classical antiquity to modern philosophy, so we will understand very relevant philosophical concepts: truth, lying and knowing. For the writing of this article, an analysis of the respective concepts was made, as well as the concepts of reality, objectivity, ethics, justice, politics, as well as their relationship with the different information and communication technologies, dissemination of sensationalist information, in the promotion of post-truth and the reflection on how philosophy can be used as a critical instrument in the valorization of universal truth. Human beings seek to have solid beliefs and life patterns based on truth, as a form of emotional and mental stability, for the understanding of universal reality and the making of conscious, ethical and responsible decisions. The human being, based on his knowledge, reflects on these questions, through critical exercise, as a way of dealing with the crisis of truth in an ethical and conscious way.

A quantitative approach was utilized, collecting primary data from 45 LPD employees through structured questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to evaluate how each GCG principle influences LPD performance. The findings reveal that all five GCG principles have a significant positive effect on LPD performance. Among these, responsibility has the strongest impact, followed by transparency, independence, accountability, and fairness. The analysis shows that GCG practices account for 80.6% of the variance in LPD performance, highlighting the crucial role of governance in promoting institutional efficiency and sustainability. Despite limitations related to the study's geographic focus and cross-sectional design, the results underscore the necessity for ongoing enhancements in governance practices within LPDs. This research offers valuable insights for policymakers and LPD managers, emphasizing the importance of strengthening governance frameworks to improve overall performance. Future research is recommended to extend the scope to different regions and types of financial institutions to further explore the relationship between GCG principles and organizational success.

This article explores how key business and financial mechanisms-such as human resource development, taxation, risk management, credit access, and leadership-play pivotal roles in ensuring that the Black community benefits equitably from the green energy revolution. Drawing on data from leading reports and case studies, the article highlights the systemic barriers that have historically excluded Black communities from green energy investments, such as limited access to affordable credit, financial risk, and exclusion from tax incentives. The discussion also underscores the importance of targeted policies, inclusive leadership development, and innovative financing solutions, such as microfinance and community reinvestment programs, that can catalyze the adoption of green energy technologies in underserved areas. Through strategic investments in human capital and leadership at both the grassroots and corporate levels, the Black community can be positioned as a key player in the future of sustainable energy. The article concludes with a call to action for stronger public-private partnerships, policy reforms, and community engagement to create a more equitable and resilient green energy economy.

It is the goal of every banker to satisfy his or her customer for continuous patronage and to compete favorably with every other bank globally. However, it seems that this goal is far-fetched, considering the prevailing happenings in Nigerian banking sector today: the escalation in work-load and long-work hours, even as contract staff, providing the basis for occupational stress. This situation creates the link whereby banks spend huge sums of money and time, in training their newly hired best brains, so as to put them to shape for the purpose. The main objective of the study was to examine effect of stress management on employee performance of selected deposit money bank in Osogbo, Osun State, Nigeria.Descriptive survey research design was used with the target population comprising of all Staff in Guarantee Trust Bank Plc, First Bank of Nigeria Plc,and Access bank. Osun State, Nigeria. The total population wastwo hundred and twenty five(225). The sample size of 200 for this study was arrived at using Taro Yamane (1964) formula. Linear RegressionAnalysis and Pearson ProductMomentCorrelation coefficient test was adopted for the study. The findings showed work-life balance to employees performance (F [1, 188] = 32.030, P<0.05, R 2 =0.041), work overload and employees performance (r =.219*; P<.05) and organizational change on employee's performance (r (188:1) =.414; P<.05). The study concluded and recommended that the major effect of work-induced stress on an organization is reduced productivity. Reduced productivity can also result when an employee is experiencing negative work-induced stress. Employees under stress are much less inclined to channel energy into continuous improvement initiatives or creative problem solving pursuits. A job stressed employee is likely to have greater job dissatisfaction, increased absenteeism and low morale for work; finally, stress is a major contributor to health and performance problems of employees and unwanted occurrences and costs for organizations.
