Just poor planning. Mindless confusion caused by a domino effect.   𝐇𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 • Cambodia: 2010 Water Festival Stampede: 350 deaths • South Korea: 2022 Halloween Crowd Crush 150 deaths • Indonesia: 2022 Football Stadium Stampede: 135 deaths. • England: 1989 Hillsborough Stampede: 97 deaths. • Germany: 2010 Love Parade Stampede: 19 deaths and 340 injuries. In every such disaster, the common reasons are invariably boil down to these seven 1. Inadequate pre-event control plan. Undermining need of security.  2.
