How do our Leadership Programs help build a pipeline of women leaders at Salesforce? At The star in me, we co-designed the 'RISE' program with #Salesforce, focusing on cultivating women leaders. Our program offered three tailored variants: 𝐅𝐥𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 for early career professionals, 𝐅𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤 for mid-level leaders, and 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 for senior leaders. Each program is immersive and led by global experts. The Learn to Lead program variant even includes a Business-school immersion at Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
