Paddy Upton, Leadership Coach and Mental Game Coach, recently engaged with our future leaders at the Leadership Capability Program, one of Suzlon’s flagship people capability-building initiatives. A globally acclaimed cricket coach, Paddy helped the Indian cricket team win the World Cup in 2011. He has been a mental coach to over 150 professional athletes and has conducted leadership training workshops for several leading corporations across various industries. His insightful session at Suzlon helped our team learn more about becoming forward-thinkers and authentic leaders as we contribute to India’s energy transition.
