The privilege of working with the dedicated educators and students at Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Udasar, Bikaner, Rajasthan, where we took another step toward transforming traditional classrooms into engaging, interactive learning environments. This initiative was made possible through the generous support of Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation Ltd. (RIICO), as part of their CSR efforts to enhance education in India.  . One of the highlights of this session was introducing the Funny Mirrors model. This hands-on exhibit allows students to explore reflections and the laws of light in a fun and interactive way. The model’s design encourages students to experiment with different angles and shapes, providing a deeper understanding of the science behind the phenomenon. As the teacher guided the students through the activity, it was clear how this approach made complex concepts more accessible and enjoyable.  . The beauty of such hands-on models lies in their ability to simplify abstract theories, making them tangible for students of all learning styles. This kind of learning not only fosters critical thinking but also sparks curiosity, enabling students to ask questions and seek answers beyond the traditional textbook approach.  . The support from RIICO ensures that schools like Govt. Sr. Sec. Schools can access resources that go beyond standard educational materials, creating a more holistic and inclusive learning environment. These models are designed to not only enhance academic knowledge but also to nurture the skills of observation, problem-solving, and creativity.  . The National Payments Corporation Of India (NPCI), we are excited to be part of a transformative educational initiative at Govt. High School Sasan in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh. This collaboration is a testament to NPCI’s commitment to creating lasting social impact through its CSR efforts, focusing on strengthening education in India.  . As part of this initiative, we have introduced a Mini Science Centre at the school, which serves as an interactive space for students to engage with scientific concepts in a way that textbook learning alone cannot achieve. One of the key attractions of this centre is the KE-PE (Kinetic Energy - Potential Energy) Track Model, which allows students to explore the dynamics of energy transformation in a very tangible, visual manner.  . The KE-PE Track Model plays a crucial role in helping students understand the principles of kinetic and potential energy. It provides a hands-on experience where students can observe energy conversion in action, making it easier for them to comprehend complex physical concepts. This model enhances learning by encouraging curiosity and experimentation, making science both fun and educational.  . Our focus is on practical, experiential learning, and the Mini Science Centre is designed to offer just that. By engaging with physical models and conducting experiments, students can see the real-world application of scientific theories. This approach is particularly effective in reinforcing classroom lessons, allowing students to grasp concepts more intuitively and confidently.  . The role of NPCI in this initiative has been pivotal. Their dedication to advancing education in underserved areas is evident through their active involvement in this project. It was an incredible moment to witness the inauguration of a Mini Science Centre at GHPS Attur Layout, Yelahanka, Bangalore. This initiative, made possible by the generous support of Brillio through their CSR program, marks a significant step in enriching the educational experiences of the students at the school. The Mini Science Centre is designed to provide hands-on learning opportunities that will inspire young minds to explore the wonders of science in an engaging and fun way. . As part of the inauguration, we conducted a Balloon-Powered Car DIY activity. This interactive session allowed students to build and test their cars using balloons as a power source. Not only did this activity provide a fun, creative outlet for the students, but it also taught them key scientific principles such as propulsion and air pressure, all while fostering teamwork and problem-solving skills. . The success of this program would not have been possible without the contributions of our distinguished delegates. Dattatreya Naik, Senior Program Manager CSR at Brillio, played a pivotal role in coordinating this event, and we are deeply grateful for his continued support. During a recent session, the teacher demonstrated the Human Torso Model to students, walking them through the various systems of the body and explaining each in detail. At the Govt. High School in Shahpur, a hands-on educational experience was provided with the introduction of a science model on Organ Pipes. The model not only demonstrated the fascinating acoustics and physics of sound but also gave students a practical understanding of how sound waves travel through different materials, thanks to the efforts of the NPCI.  . The teacher-led session was meticulously crafted to explain the functioning of the Organ Pipes model, making complex scientific principles accessible to students. By encouraging active participation and inquiry, the teacher ensured that every student grasped the intricate details of how musical instruments like organ pipes produce sound through vibration.  . Middle School Harrei Poorv, located in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh, students were introduced to a unique, simplified camera model—a concept that’s both fascinating and educational. The success of our latest refresher teacher training program and Monitoring & Evaluation (MnE) baseline study conducted at Government Boys Secondary School, Dev Nagar, Karol Bagh, Delhi. This impactful initiative was supported by BSES-Yamuna Power Limited under its CSR program, which focused on advancing education and fostering curiosity-driven learning.  . The training session aimed to equip teachers with innovative tools, techniques, and methodologies for engaging students in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) learning. By focusing on experiential learning, we help educators inspire students to explore concepts beyond textbooks.  . One of the highlights of this session was the hands-on DIY activity centered on the States of Matter. Teachers participated in practical demonstrations and experiments to better understand how these activities can make abstract concepts tangible and relatable for students. The activity also showcased how simple, cost-effective resources can be utilized to create a dynamic classroom experience.  . Alongside the training, we conducted a baseline study to assess the effectiveness of our teaching interventions. This step is crucial to ensure the initiatives meet their goals and empower educators to achieve sustainable results in their classrooms.  . It’s always inspiring to see how small changes can spark big shifts in education. With the support of Assam Gas Company Ltd through their CSR initiative, we had the opportunity to bring interactive science learning to life at Purbanchal Karikori School, located in Ronga Gorah No.1, Assam. This initiative is part of a broader mission to make science more accessible and engaging for students in remote areas.  . In the classroom, we introduced two exciting models: the Electric Bell and Simple Motor, which not only captivate the students’ attention but also bring abstract scientific concepts into clear focus. These hands-on tools are designed to make learning more immersive, helping students connect theory with real-world applications.  . The Electric Bell model is a perfect demonstration of how electricity can be used to produce sound. Students are encouraged to explore how electrical circuits work and how electromagnetism drives everyday technologies like doorbells and alarms. This model helps students see the direct relationship between science and the world around them.  . The Simple Motor model is an engaging way to show the fundamental principles of electromagnetism. Students get the chance to build and operate a simple motor, seeing firsthand how electric current and magnetic fields can create motion. This model serves as a foundation for further exploration in mechanical and electrical engineering, inspiring young minds to think about the role of technology in shaping the future.  . This initiative has been a fantastic way to encourage critical thinking and curiosity among students, and we are thrilled to have had the chance to work alongside such dedicated teachers and engaged learners.
