Our debut exhibit at FI India was truly an overwhelming success! We proudly showcased Saroj Agro Industries as a leading processor of rice and millets, with a focus on our innovative products such as flaked millets, sprouted flours, and popped millets. While rice and rice-based products (like idli rava, rice flour, etc.) currently make up 90% of our turnover, we were thrilled that 96% of the inquiries at the exhibition centered around our newly introduced flaked millets, popped millets, and specialty flours, including popped ragi flour & Water chestnut flour. It’s exciting to witness the industry’s shift towards healthier ingredients by incorporating millets into their offerings. We’re grateful for the opportunity to pitch and connect with senior sourcing and R&D teams from leading F&B companies such as Parle Agro Pvt Ltd , ITC Foods Limited , BRITANIA FOODS LTD, Tata Consumer Products, Wipro consumer, MTR Foods Private Limited, Unilever, Sri Sri Tattva,General Mills to name a few.
